Our basic rate in 2012 will be Euro 235,-.
In addition to our hourly fee rate we charge 6 % for office costs to cover overheads. For private individuals and commercial judicial assistance with a minor interest you will receive a discount with a maximum of 25%. For urgent cases and cases with a significant interest there will be an extra charge of 5 to 20%. We agree the hourly fee rate with our clients at the start of each case. We confirm our agreed hourly rate and method of billing in writing. This total is subject to 19% tax.
